DELMONT

This Texas couple envisioned a home in Georgia where they could spend more time with family, enjoy a slower pace, and eventually retire.

Because they were still living in Texas, we worked hand in hand with the design-build team from the floorplans through the final specifications, attending meetings and making design decisions on the Scotts’ behalf when they couldn't be here. From problem-solving on site to reworking the fireplace and reframing walls to achieve the desired look, we helped guide the project through the many details that shape a home long before the furnishings arrive.

The Scotts described their style as modern and minimalist with an organic feel, and that vision became the foundation for the home. Light, neutral spaces create a bright and calming backdrop, while mid-century modern influences, natural materials, layered textures, and moments of drama add warmth and personality. The result is a home that feels clean and contemporary without feeling stark—minimalist, but still layered and inviting.

For us, one of the most rewarding parts of this project was the trust the Scotts placed in us to be their eyes and ears when they couldn't be here. Being able to work alongside the builder, make thoughtful decisions in real time, and keep the project moving forward gave them peace of mind from Texas while allowing us to bring their vision to life here in Georgia.
