DESIGN ROOTED IN TRUST. GUIDED BY EXPERTISE.
Founded in 2007, Iris & Oak is a boutique interior design and staging firm specializing in thoughtfully curated furnishings and interiors that feel timeless, personal, and beautifully lived in.

OUR VALUES
Integrity
Trust is the foundation of every relationship we build. We approach each project with honesty, transparency, and a genuine commitment to doing what is right. We take ownership of our words, actions, and decisions, following through on our promises and delivering on the trust placed in us.
Joy
Design should be both beautiful and enjoyable. We bring enthusiasm, gratitude, and a genuine love for what we do, creating an experience that feels as rewarding as the finished home while remaining focused on the details that matter most.
Excellence
The difference between a beautiful home and an unforgettable one is found in the details. From the first design concept to the final styling, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and care, knowing the smallest decisions often have the greatest impact.
Our values are the foundation of how we work—with our clients, our team, and every partner who helps bring a project to life. They shape the way we lead, communicate, and serve.

ALI CLARK
Senior Designer
Ali believes a home should never feel like a showroom. It should feel collected over time, deeply personal, and effortlessly functional—a reflection of the people who live there. Having been part of Iris & Oak for nearly a decade, Ali brings years of experience, perspective, and a deep understanding of the design process to every project. Known for her warm, collaborative approach and meticulous attention to detail, she creates timeless interiors that balance beauty with purpose. She takes the time to understand how her clients live, gather, and recharge, designing spaces that not only look beautiful but make everyday life feel easier and more meaningful.
Ali's work is rooted in classic design principles, quality materials, and thoughtfully curated furnishings that stand the test of time rather than follow passing trends. Clients value not only her creative vision, but also the organization, communication, and care she brings to every project, allowing them to feel confident from the first conversation through the final installation.

LISSY FLEMING
Senior Designer
Lissy believes every home should be a reflection of the people who live there. Rather than designing within a single style, she creates spaces that balance her clients' vision with thoughtful planning, strong spatial awareness, and a refined eye for color and composition.
She holds a B.A. in Advertising with a Minor in Art History from Southern Methodist University and completed Interior Design studies through the New York Institute of Art & Design. CLIENT LOVE
“We are beyond thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Ali and the Iris & Oak team on our home. We had never worked with a designer before and were not sure what to expect from the process. From the first visit through today, when Ali came over to help with arrangement and accessories, this has been a stress-free, fun, and satisfying experience. Most important: We love our new living room and office! Ali leads with curiosity and empathy, and her ability to incorporate our style and family personality into the end result has been amazing. She has been an exceptional partner as we've figured out what we needed and wanted. The end result is a design that far exceeded our expectations, remained on budget, and created a living space that is truly a family sanctuary. We could not have asked for a better experience and are already thinking about what the next project might be. We look forward to working with the team at Iris & Oak for the next one!”
